Financier can lease rooms and get a greater cashflow than leasing the system out to 1 home. We started talking like old friends I feel since like energy brings in.
Hes purchasing 3 and 4 unit structures in Philly and leasing each space. Even more hes widening his structures and consisting of more bed rooms to the existing structure to increase his cashflow. I was surprised at his high thought procedure and thinking ability. He extended my thinking although Im 10 years older. It constantly delights me when youths have huge visions and do not feed into the buzz of needing to be consisted of in the “system”.
