” Weve developed whatever from the ground knowing that our members like to engage with each other, to have a beverage a glass of red wine, a coffee or whatsoever which is going to be one of the key features of our space here,” states co-founder and CEO Yoan Kamalski.
It has 150 spaces, common kitchens, a wellness studio and plunge pool.

Homeowners can stay 6-nights, medium or long-lasting. And prices differ from about US$ 100 to $230 a night for a weekly stay.
While this may not be necessarily cheaper than renting normally in Singapore, Hmlet states they can utilize an all-in-one living solution such that you can just take your bags and instantly relocate without needing to worry about any of the home furnishings or getting furnishings which you might need to if you were leasing a house.
